We’re London’s largest and fastest 100% full fibre broadband provider, bringing better internet to Londoners since 2013. Unlike most providers, we build, own and operate our dedicated fibre optic network and install it directly into the home, meaning we can deliver a super-fast connection at prices the national providers find hard to beat. We’re a relatively new company to the market, but since establishment:
- We’re the only provider in London offering residential broadband speeds of up to 5Gbps.
- Our network covers 1.3 million properties in London, which is more than one third of homes in the UK’s capital city.
- We have over 800,000 properties under wayleave agreement and are currently working in partnership with more than 200 of London’s biggest landlords.
- We have connected 720 community spaces in 24 boroughs, giving more Londoners free access to fast, reliable broadband.

Job purpose:
The Network Operations Fibre Engineering Regional Coordinator will manage and monitor all parts of Network Operations Field activity; ensuring the Field Engineering team are organised, efficient and effective in the use of their time.

What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate functions relating to the scheduling and prioritisation of works within the Network Operations Engineering team.
- Close support and coordination of all Network Operations maintenance activity.
- Assist in managing engineering activities, including contractor resource.
- Optimise utilisation of the Network Operations field engineering team, in line with departmental objectives.
- Financial coordination of all associated charges and fees relating to outsourced works for Network Operations and associated contractors.
- Serve as an escalation point for peer groups including but not limited to, customer experience and networks.
- Produce and publish routine reports to engineering teams, peer groups and senior management in accordance with current and future business needs.
The experience we’re looking for you to bring:
- Experience coordinating groups of people in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in making decisions.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge, and demonstrable experience using CRM systems.
- Strong IT skills and a good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and able to communicate at all levels.
- Good time-management skills.
- Some project management support experience would be advantageous.
