Network Operations Team Leader
Neos Networks offers alternative working arrangements that give employees some flexibility, including office, home, and hybrid working.
Base location: Havant Office
Working Pattern: Permanent full time 37 hours
Salary: to £60k dependent on experience + performance-related bonus + a comprehensive benefits package supporting your family, finances, and wellbeing.
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Network Operations Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership of our Network Operations Centre within a 24x7 operational environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong operational and technical experience who is passionate about developing people, driving performance, and delivering excellent customer outcomes. You'll lead 4 teams of 24/7 NOC engineers, manage operational escalations, support major incidents, and play a key role in shaping the future of the NOC through continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting NOC shift teams to deliver excellent service 24/7
- Managing customer and operational escalations
- Driving incident and fault resolution performance
- Coaching, developing, and performance managing team members
- Managing staffing, rotas, holidays, and resource allocation
- Building strong relationships across Operations, Engineering, and external suppliers
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Deputising for the Senior Network Operations Manager when required
What We're Looking For
- Experience within a NOC, telecommunications, service operations, or technical support environment
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or people management experience
- Strong knowledge of telecoms and network technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing incidents, escalations, and operational priorities
- A proactive approach to coaching, mentoring, and developing others
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
