About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Network Performance Manager to lead the triage process across our UK utility client accounts. You'll act as Netmore's lead on triage and device incidents, analysing underperforming devices and directing the correct remedial works.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone with a utility metering background who can spot patterns in device failures, build effective processes, and influence senior stakeholders to keep projects on track.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the triage process across multiple UK utility client accounts
- Analysing device-level data to identify devices not meeting KPIs and determining the required corrective works
- Spotting patterns and trends in failing devices to identify root causes
- Instigating and overseeing triage works through to resolution
- Running regular client meetings and reporting on project performance
- Producing analysis and reports on connectivity and data success rates, and driving continuous improvement in these figures
- Leading steering groups to agree next steps on persistently failing devices
- Building and refining processes to support scalable, repeatable triage operations
- Improving and automating processes while maintaining effectiveness
- Owning operational excellence in field triage for ancillary products and innovations
- Suggesting and workshopping field and desktop innovations with senior stakeholders
- Owning and understanding KPIs on a per-project basis
- Influencing senior stakeholders on what's needed to move projects forward
- Working with the Network Delivery Project Manager to understand client needs
- Acting as the primary point of contact and escalation lead for triage and device incidents, representing Netmore to clients

- Background in utility metering, with hands-on field and desktop analysis experience
- Proven experience leading triage or incident resolution for connected devices
- Experience leading or contributing to steering groups on troublesome devices
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to spot patterns and trends in performance data
- Experience building and improving operational processes
- Solid understanding of KPI ownership at a project level
- Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and clients
- Experience producing clear analysis, reporting, and performance updates
- Comfortable using automation tools to improve reporting efficiency
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable leading from the front on technical issues
