TikTok Shop Fulfilment Network Specialist
TikTok Shop is one of the fastest-growing commerce platforms out there, and its UK operation is already one of the most established outside the US. As it keeps scaling, the fulfilment network behind it needs to scale too. That's where you come in.
You'll be the person working out how every seller gets to their customer in the fastest, most efficient way possible, and helping build the network that makes that possible as TikTok grows across the UK.

What you'll be doing:
- Working out the smartest way to get sellers' products moving, matching each one to the logistics channel that suits their volumes, package sizes, lead times, and location
- Building forecasts that keep the whole operation one step ahead of demand, so the network's never caught out by a spike or sitting on spare capacity it doesn't need
- Getting involved in the bigger decisions too: where new warehouses should open, which carriers to bring on, and how to refine coverage zones so deliveries get faster and cheaper

What they're looking for:
- 3+ years in network planning, supply chain, or logistics operations, ideally in e-commerce, fast-paced retail, or a platform business
- Excel is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills, able to turn volumes, geography, and lead times into clear, actionable plans
- Able to work in a fast, high-expectation environment where priorities shift quickly
