• Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication to the customer regarding performance, issues, risks, and resolutions
• Provide operational insight and commentary to explain performance results, trends, and root causes to the Non-Core and Primary Manager
• Manage individual and team performance through regular feedback, coaching, and structured performance reviews
• Support and embed continuous improvement initiatives through standardization, process review, and team involvement

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Recognised industry certifications (e.g., IOSH, HACCP, CPC, Six Sigma, etc.) are desirable, but training can be given
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
• Strong understanding of warehouse & transport operations, including non-core activity
• Demonstrated experience in performance reporting, KPI management, and data accuracy
