Position Title: Network Project Analyst

Location: Remote with around 20% travel around Europe.

Employment: Full-time employment contract.

The Job:

As the Network Project Analyst, you’ll be part of our Business Analysis team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:

  • Analyze and optimize business processes to align IT solutions with organizational goals.
  • Lead requirements gathering and collaborate closely with business users to identify needs and define solutions.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, including site decommissioning, relocations, and greenfield site buildouts.
  • Partner with Infrastructure Engineers to develop and review network designs and documentation.
  • Conduct policy audits and ensure compliance with SBD standards across all sites.
  • Work with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver clear documentation and training materials to support business and IT teams.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to implement standardized IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

The Person:

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. In fact, you embrace it. Wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? You also have:

  • English language on fluent level.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Cisco switches, Wi-Fi access points, Palo Alto firewalls, and Panduit cabling technologies.
  • Experience in running RFP processes and selecting optimal solution providers.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, including end-to-end delivery, business change management and strong skills in translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Practical knowledge of tools and techniques supporting planning, analysis, development, testing, and implementation of systems and services.
