We are looking for an experienced Network Security Lead with a strong background in enterprise networking, network security, cloud networking, and Software Defined Networks (SDN). The successful candidate will lead network security operations, provide technical leadership, manage critical incidents, and ensure compliance with BPSS security standards in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Network Security Operations across LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls, VPN, NAC, and Cloud environments.
- Act as the L3 SME and primary escalation point for critical incidents and complex technical issues.
- Administer and support Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco FTD, and Meraki security platforms.
- Manage Cisco Nexus, Aruba, Dell, and HP routing and switching infrastructure.
- Support Cisco, Aruba, and Meraki wireless controllers and access points.
- Configure and maintain Cisco ISE, 802.1X authentication, NAC, and MFA integrations.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot advanced routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VXLAN, EVPN, DMVPN, HSRP, GLBP, VPC, and IPsec VPN.
- Drive Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management while meeting operational SLAs.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, implement security remediation, and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities.
- Develop SOPs, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
- Automate operational tasks using Python or PowerShell.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to Network & Security Engineers.
- Participate in CAB meetings, technical governance forums, and customer stakeholder meetings.
- Support a 24x7 operational environment, including on-call and major incident response.
