We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Network Security Infrastructure Engineer to support and manage our cybersecurity, endpoint security, server infrastructure, and network environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for Privileged Access Management (PAM), endpoint security solutions, Active Directory administration, Windows server management, network administration, and IT support operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, security awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to ensure secure management of privileged accounts.
- Manage, configure, and support Symantec security products and related endpoint protection solutions.
- Administer and maintain SecureAge security solutions and data protection controls.
- Manage and support Windows Server, Windows WSUS and Windows 11 environments, including deployment, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Perform Active Directory administration, including user account management, group policies, access controls, and security configurations.
- Manage network infrastructure, including switching, routing, VLAN configuration, and network troubleshooting.
- Handle IT security and infrastructure incidents, service requests, and support tickets within established SLAs.
- Monitor system and network performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support infrastructure projects and security initiatives.

Qualities We Value
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Cybersecurity roles.
- Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Experience in Symantec Endpoint Protection deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SecureAge security solutions and data protection technologies.
- Strong experience with Windows Server administration and Windows 11 support.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, CA, and account management.
- Good understanding of network switching and routing, including VLANs, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience in IT ticket handling and service management processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, endpoint security, and access control management.
