Senior Network Specialist – London - £500 - £525pd
3- 5 days a week onsite depending on the needs.
JNC are working with a well known organisation in London that are looking to bring on a contract Network Specialist to work closely with the team on a key project.
The network specialist will help them move from On Prem to a cloud based network framework. They need someone who is familiar with Juniper equipment (i.e. Switches) who can help them move to Juniper Mist.
The Network Engineer will work closely with an external vendor that is responsible for the upgrade. This role is to review, advise and design what’s needed for the implementation.

The external party doing all of the heavy-lifting in terms of the actual work. The requirement is for a Network Specialist to advise them on what’s needed and how to then implement and document the whole process.
Experience:
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience leading on prem to cloud implementations.
- Experience reviewing, advising and designing networking upgrades.
- Supported Juniper equipment
- Juniper Mist experience, troubleshoot issues
- Experience with automated operations,
- Helping optimise user experiences across wireless, wired, and WAN domains.
- Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls or similar.
