Network Strategy Manager

Are you an experienced asset management professional looking to shape the future of water infrastructure? We're looking for a Network Strategy Manager to lead the development of long-term network strategies, investment plans, and asset management approaches that support resilient, sustainable water services for our customers. You'll use data, insight, and industry expertise to identify network risks, prioritise investment, and influence strategic decision-making across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the development of network asset strategies and investment plans
  • Using asset data and risk analysis to drive evidence-based decisions
  • Working with stakeholders across Operations, Planning, Regulation, and Capital Delivery
  • Managing and developing a small team
  • Supporting regulatory engagement and business planning activities

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in asset management, network strategy, or infrastructure planning
  • Knowledge of water networks, asset health, risk, and resilience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Degree-qualified with an IAM qualification or equivalent preferred
