What You’ll Do
The Network Support Assistant provides network, driver, and operational support across the entire charge point network. This is a primarily desk-based role focused on remote technical support, system administration, and coordination.

Working closely with the Network Manager, you will use a variety of systems and tools to help monitor the uptime and performance of our network of charge points. You will have the chance to investigate issues, apply fixes and help maintain a healthy network. You will be a friendly, enthusiastic voice answering calls from drivers asking for support or information on using the charge points. You may also speak with host venues, charger manufacturers, or installation partners, helping to provide best-in-class service.
This role offers the opportunity to build technical and operational expertise while contributing to a team that keeps Connekt's charging network running reliably and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Network Support
- Handle driver support calls and charger host tickets via calls and emails, coordinating any required on-site action with field partners.
- Provide ongoing technical networking and connectivity support to support and maintenance partners.
- Monitor charge point status and connectivity across the network, proactively identifying and investigating faults.
- Liaise with charger manufacturers to escalate and resolve technical faults where necessary.
Installation Support
- Set up and maintain system data in our EV back-office software, including partners, locations, payment terminals, circuits/meters, tariffs, charge points, and user groups.
- Provide technical networking and connectivity support to install partners by telephone and email.
- Remotely diagnose and resolve connectivity and configuration issues during live installs.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Be eager to help others
- Experience in customer service, including inbound and outbound calls.
- Confident using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to log and manage tickets.
- Basic technical understanding of computers, networking, and connectivity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Experience using HubSpot.
- Background in the EV charging
- A full UK Driving licence

Pay: £25,000 - £26,000
