Scope of Support
Meeting room and event support for senior leadership teams
Hypercare support for CEO and EXCO users
Printer refresh programs, replacement activities, and coordination with third-party suppliers
Direct engagement with senior managers for building operations and technology refresh programs
Mobile device setup, configuration, and delivery to end users
Digital Media Player support across sites, including installation, break-fix, and onsite troubleshooting
Support for high-visibility facilities and infrastructure activities, including network hardware upgrade programs
Incident response and site connectivity troubleshooting, working closely with the Network team
Ability to provide out-of-hours support to maintain business continuity when required
Advanced troubleshooting activities beyond standard L2 support levels

Requirements
Requirements:
5+ years of IT/Field Support experience
Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 support skills
Experience with VIP/Executive users
Good network troubleshooting knowledge
Experience supporting meeting rooms, printers and mobile devices
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle high-priority incidents
Professional and customer-focused approach
