Network Support Engineer x2 (Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN) - London

Location: Central London (Office based 5 days a week)

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

An established IT infrastructure and managed services provider is seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join its growing technical team in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious IT professional looking to develop their expertise across enterprise networking, Wi-Fi technologies, cloud platforms and infrastructure support while working with a diverse portfolio of customers across the hospitality sector.

Essential Skills - Networking & Wi-Fi

  • Enterprise Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support
  • LAN/WAN
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs
  • Switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi-Fi issues.
  • Manage and respond to support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required.
  • Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments.
  • Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations.
  • Configure and support network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless solutions.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support
  • Solid Experience with LAN / WAN
  • CCNA certification (or equivalent networking qualification).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
