A company that designs, builds, and manages specialized network infrastructure projects across a range of markets is looking for an experienced Network Systems Engineer to support the operation and expansion of its network.
This is a hands-on, varied role covering the maintenance and monitoring of data center and network systems, deployment of new equipment, and the delivery of technical projects. You'll work across the business, from operations and engineering to contractors and clients, reporting directly to the CTO. It's a great opportunity for someone ambitious who wants to add new skills and take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, growing environment.

What you'll bring:
- 3+ years in an operational engineering environment with growing responsibility
- Systems administration across Windows, O365, and Linux
- Experience configuring network switches, routers, and firewalls
- An interest in data center infrastructure (HVAC, generators, fire suppression, CCTV, access control) and building management systems
- Knowledge of networking at Layers 1, 2, and 3 (an advantage)
- Project management experience across site builds and migrations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- A full driver's license and willingness to travel as required

Experience with telecoms-scale carrier networks, low latency optical or wireless technologies, or subsea cables would be a real asset.
