Network Test Automation Engineer – Build the Future of Network Quality
Are you a Network Test Automation Engineer who combines deep networking expertise with a passion for automation?
We’re looking for an experienced engineer to join a high-performing technology team, helping to design, automate and validate complex networking platforms and services in a modern CI/CD environment.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring network products are robust, scalable and production-ready by:
- Designing and executing comprehensive network test strategies, plans and test cases
- Building and maintaining automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Python
- Validating network protocols, configurations and end-to-end connectivity
- Integrating automated testing into GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Performing functional, regression, integration, system and performance testing
- Investigating failures, analysing results and driving defects through to resolution
- Working closely with Development, DevOps and Infrastructure teams
- Supporting automated testing throughout release and deployment cycles
- Producing meaningful test reports, defect analysis and quality metrics
- Continuously improving test frameworks, automation coverage and engineering practices

What we’re looking for
You’ll bring strong hands-on experience in network testing and test automation, together with solid knowledge of:
Networking
- TCP/IP, UDP, DNS and DHCP
- VLAN, VPN, routing & switching
- BGP / OSPF would be advantageous
