What We Are Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, compassionate approach to patient support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Essential: Car driver with a valid UK driving licence and access to a car for business use.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Deliver neuro-rehabilitation programmes in outpatient, home, and community settings under the guidance of qualified therapists.
- Support Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and contribute to therapy planning within agreed guidelines.

- Support neuro-rehabilitation by implementing therapy programmes devised by the lead therapist
- Manage your own patient caseload, assessing and treating patients, and monitoring their progress.
- Assist in patient assessments, gathering relevant information, and adapting treatment plans under therapist guidance.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, contributing to patient care planning and discharge processes.
