Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We are looking for a variety of people with different backgrounds and life experience, to support our service users as they adjust to a life-changing injury and so this is a role that will allow you to have a tangible impact. Our Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies and therefore we are looking for individuals that are kind, grounded and proactive. We do not need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring will be provided.

Our organisation was awarded platinum level in Investors in People at entry level which is almost unheard of and maintained this at reassessment. There are only 2 other companies that have ever achieved this and this is due to the supportive and kind culture that we have built. This is a real testament to our staff team and their commitment to helping others.
