We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 5 nurse to join our Neurodevelopmental team supporting young people who take ADHD medication.
You would be working with a team of specialists including psychiatry, psychology, OT, and registered nurses supporting the assessments of ADHD and Autism and managing young people who take ADHD medication.
We work as a multidisciplinary team and we are looking for Band 5/6 nurse who can support our non-medical prescribers in offering medication reviews for young people taking ADHD medication.

Responsibilities
- To manage a caseload of young people taking ADHD medication
- To record physical health observations - height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse, recording this accurately in the electronic patient record.
- Documenting accurately and communicating through clinical outcome letters to primary care GP's and other services.
- To be able to complete risk assessments and collaboratively develop plans of care with young people
- Supporting the team in responding to clinical enquiries received
