Overview

The nctNeurofeedback Clinic provides evidence-based brain assessment and neurofeedback training for children and adults presenting with cognitive, emotional, and neurodevelopmental difficulties.

The role would particularly suit someone with an academic background in neuroscience, neurophysiology, neuropsychology, or a related field who is interested in developing practical experience in applied neuroscience and neurofeedback within a clinical environment.

Previous neurofeedback experience is not required, as full training is provided.

Training

Successful candidates will undertake a structured, competency-based training programme.

The programme begins with an intensive period of technical training covering the equipment, systems, and practical procedures used within the Clinic. Candidates will be assessed throughout this stage, with progression dependent upon demonstrating the required technical competency and overall suitability for the role.

Those who successfully complete the initial technical training will progress to supervised practical training, including observation, shadowing, theoretical learning, supervised client work, mentoring, and structured feedback under the supervision of the Clinic’s neuroscientist.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
