Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Neuropsychiatrist role focused on supporting healthcare market research and clinical insight generation. The Neuropsychiatrist will review and interpret scientific and clinical literature related to neuropsychiatry and psychiatry, provide expert input on mental health trends, and contribute to research protocols and survey design. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal analysts and external physicians, validating clinical assumptions, and offering guidance on patient pathways and treatment patterns. The role may also involve participating in advisory discussions, refining questionnaires, and ensuring that research outputs align with current neuropsychiatric practice and evidence-based standards.

  • Clinical expertise in Neuropsychiatry and Psychiatry, with the ability to apply this knowledge in healthcare market research contexts.
  • Strong Research skills, including literature review, data interpretation, and evidence-based insight generation.
  • Deep understanding of Mental Health conditions, treatment approaches, and patient care pathways.
  • Experience Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly to non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) with specialization or substantial experience in neuropsychiatry or psychiatry.
  • Active or previous clinical practice experience; prior involvement in clinical research, health outcomes, or market research is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills, with proficiency in documenting clinical insights and recommendations.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration tools and flexibility to work with global teams across time zones.
