Company Description
APEX NEURO is a specialist neurological rehabilitation clinic that focuses on complex and overlooked conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, and Functional Neurological Disorder. The clinic is dedicated to redefining what is possible in neurorehabilitation and delivering outcomes that exceed traditional expectations.
APEX NEURO's clients are living with terminal, progressive and/or poorly understood conditions. Most will have seen many practitioners before they arrive at our clinic. Their expectations are high. Although you will be trained thoroughly in our methodology, emotional maturity, resilience, and a genuine passion is necessary.
What this role is not: sales, admin, or following a script. You are not expected to up-sell, there are zero sales targets — our business runs on results and reputation. Significant demand for our services means we don't need to keep clients coming back longer than necessary — our measure of success is that they don't need us anymore.
What You'll Do
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Deliver 1-1 rehabilitation sessions using the APEX NEURO methodology and technologies (full training provided)
- Apply sports science and human performance principles to complex neurological cases
- Continuously problem-solve — our cases don't follow textbooks
- Work closely with the founding team and existing practitioners as you develop and help us continue to advance neurological rehabilitation outcomes
Non-negotiable:
- A degree in sports therapy or similar, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or a closely related field.
- Deep, applied knowledge of anatomy and physiology. This will be formally tested at several stages of our hiring process. Not surface level — deep knowledge: neuromuscular anatomy, fascial systems, motor control, biomechanics. You will be expected to prove this knowledge before you are offered an interview.
- 1-1 experience working with clients or patients. Experience where you were responsible for delivering 1-1 client-facing services — where you had to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver results.
- Emotional intelligence and maturity. You will be navigating conversations involving terminal illness, complex functional and daily challenges, and ensuring clients follow important information that will determine outcomes that can change their lives. You will be required to hold complex and often emotional conversations, and conduct yourself in a way that reflects the maturity to handle this responsibility. You are a reflection of our hard-earned reputation.
