Role: Neuroscience Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Job Type: Contract

Payout: $60 - $80/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Neuroscience Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves applying deep neuroscience knowledge to develop and refine AI models, ensuring alignment with human cognitive processes. Responsibilities include evaluating and optimizing neural architectures for performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement neuroscience-based approaches to enhance AI model interpretability and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate neuroscience principles into machine learning pipelines.
  • Analyze neural network architectures for alignment with biological neural processes and cognitive models.
  • Conduct research to identify novel neuroscience-inspired techniques for improving AI systems.
  • Document methodologies and findings to support scalable implementation and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in neural network architectures and their biological counterparts.
  • Experience applying neuroscience principles to AI model development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex biological and computational data.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
