Covering South West & South Wales - Field Sales Role Products: Neuro & ENT Surgical Devices
💰 Up to £45K Basic + £20K Commission + £7K Car Allowance

💼 What You'll Do
- Develop NHS accounts across the South West & South Wales
- Sell surgical instruments, cranial fixation, pressure monitoring & theatre consumables
- Support product evaluations, theatre trials and live procedures
- Build relationships with Consultants, Registrars, Scrub Nurses & Theatre Teams
- Grow existing business while identifying new opportunities

👊 Who You Are
- Operating theatre experience is essential
- Ideal for a Scrub Nurse, ODP or second-job medical sales professional
- Commercially minded with a passion for learning
- Confident building clinical relationships
- Full UK driving licence
💰 The Package
- £35-45K basic
- £20K uncapped commission (top salesperson earned £65K OTE last year!)
- £7,000 car allowance
- Pension, laptop & mobile
- 25 days holiday + 5 duvet days!
