Role Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating the end to end bid process, overseeing the production and coordination of proposals and submissions, whilst ensuring deadlines are met. The position involves maintaining a comprehensive library of practice resources, including project texts, CVs and publications, as well as tracking and reporting on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the wider business development and marketing function, contributing to CRM development, client research, sector marketing campaigns and ensuring consistent graphic presentation across all practice communications.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position, including experience with bid and competition submissions.
  • Excellent skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are essential, alongside familiarity with CRM systems.
  • A confident and approachable communicator, able to liaise effectively with senior architectural staff to achieve the best outcomes.
  • A strong writer, capable of adapting content for a range of audiences and translating technical architectural descriptions into clear, engaging text.
  • A highly thorough and conscientious approach, with a keen eye for detail and presentation, is essential, as are excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple or conflicting deadlines under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player, willing to support colleagues and assist with broader tasks across the team as required.
