Position: New Business Assistant

Location: Huddersfield

Responsible to: Real Estate Manager

Hours: 37 ½ hours per week

Salary: Meets National Minimum Wage Guidelines

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time New Business Assistant working for the New Business Team in our Real Estate team at Huddersfield. Candidates should be able to undertake all aspects of file opening procedures on residential conveyancing transaction files supporting the Real Estate Department, including dealing with new client enquiries and ensuring that new instructions are imported onto the Case Management System and allocated to the appropriate fee earner as quickly as possible. Excellent customer service, organisation and telephone skills are essential together with the ability to work under pressure and being able to work as part of a team. A working knowledge of a case management system is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.
