South Manchester

£32,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £65,000)

Looking for a sales role where you're closing warm opportunities instead of cold calling all day? We're hiring a New Business Consultant for one of the UK's leading contractor payroll providers. Every enquiry has already come to you - your job is to build rapport, explain the service, handle objections and close the business.

Your role is to:

  • Convert warm inbound enquiries into customers
  • Follow up contractors who haven't yet completed the sign-up process
  • Explain how the umbrella payroll service works
  • Build rapport and handle objections confidently
  • Guide customers through the online registration process
  • Consistently achieve conversion targets and KPIs

It's a fast-paced telephone sales role with short sales cycles, so you'll need to enjoy closing business and working towards targets.

You'll ideally have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a telephone-based sales role
  • Experience closing business over the phone
  • A strong track record against KPIs and sales targets
  • Confidence handling objections and asking for the business
  • A resilient, organised and driven approach
