New Business Consultant
South Manchester
£32,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £65,000)
Looking for a sales role where you're closing warm opportunities instead of cold calling all day? We're hiring a New Business Consultant for one of the UK's leading contractor payroll providers. Every enquiry has already come to you - your job is to build rapport, explain the service, handle objections and close the business.

Your role is to:
- Convert warm inbound enquiries into customers
- Follow up contractors who haven't yet completed the sign-up process
- Explain how the umbrella payroll service works
- Build rapport and handle objections confidently
- Guide customers through the online registration process
- Consistently achieve conversion targets and KPIs
It's a fast-paced telephone sales role with short sales cycles, so you'll need to enjoy closing business and working towards targets.

You'll ideally have:
- At least 2 years' experience in a telephone-based sales role
- Experience closing business over the phone
- A strong track record against KPIs and sales targets
- Confidence handling objections and asking for the business
- A resilient, organised and driven approach
