We’re Looking for a New Business Consultant
We’re looking for a driven and results-focused New Business Consultant to join our Remote Sales Team. This role is all about prospecting and winning new Estate Agent business - specifically those not currently advertising on Rightmove. You’ll play a key part in showcasing the value of Rightmove and our ‘Leads to Keys’ offering, helping agents understand how our solutions can transform their business.
Once an agent joins Rightmove, they’ll transition to our Customer Success team for onboarding and ongoing support - so your focus remains firmly on new business acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Proactively prospect Estate Agents who are not currently Rightmove partners, using phone and video to build relationships.
- Re-engage lapsed partners and present bespoke advertising solutions to win back business.
- Embed the value proposition of Rightmove and demonstrate how our products deliver ROI.
- Present tailored solutions that align with agent needs and market opportunities.
- Be the point of contact for New partner queries, resolving issues with ownership and accountability.
- Drive adoption of ‘Leads to Keys’ where relevant to maximise impact.
- Liaise with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings, and new business revenue.
- Share market insights and feedback internally to help shape strategy.
Who You Are
- Has a proven track record in new business sales and consistently hits targets.
- Confident in outbound prospecting and building relationships from scratch.
- Communicates persuasively and adapts style to different audiences.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and thrives in a remote environment.
- Demonstrates resilience, flexibility, and a growth mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive and takes ownership of driving their own workload and team improvements.
- Communicates confidently to meet partner and business needs.
- Committed to continuous improvement and learning.

Salary Range
£26,000—£30,000 GBP
