Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to deliver targeted outbound call support to a select portfolio of offices across the UK.
Working closely with Regional Heads of Department, you'll drive new business generation, while engaging directly with clients to build, strengthen and re-energise relationships with both existing and former customers to unlock new opportunities.
This is a high-impact position suited to someone who brings confidence, tenacity, and a deep understanding of relationship-led sales.

New Business Sales Consultant Job Description
What We're Looking For
- Confidence and credibility in conversations with high-net-worth individuals and senior stakeholders.
- Proven success in business development, sales, or managing long-term client relationships.
- Resilience, persistence, and motivation to follow through on long sales cycles.
- A polished and professional communication style - both verbal and written.
- A self-starter with strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.
- Previous experience in property, luxury services, or a client-facing professional role is highly desirable.
