XMP SaaS Ltd provides a unified operations platform for infrastructure operators running complex delivery services. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site New Business Development role based in Worcester. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within target sectors, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and conducting discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients. The New Business Development professional will prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations, proposals, and presentations that clearly communicate XMP’s value proposition. Qualifications

  • Strong New Business Development and Business Development skills, with experience generating and converting leads in B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Sales and Account Management skills, including pipeline management, relationship building, and the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Business Planning capabilities, such as setting territory plans, forecasting, and aligning activities with strategic growth objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience selling into infrastructure-focused sectors (e.g., telecoms, utilities, renewables, construction) is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working with CRM and sales enablement tools, and using data to inform decisions and prioritize opportunities.
  • Self-directed, organized approach to work, with strong time management and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or a related field.
