About the Opportunity
Coforge is looking for an accomplished new business sales professional to accelerate growth across the UK and Europe.
This is a pure hunter role focused on winning net-new logos and building strategic client relationships. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of opening doors, creating opportunities and converting senior-level relationships into significant, long-term technology services engagements.
The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop tailored propositions and lead complex sales pursuits through to closure. Working closely with industry, solution, delivery and marketing teams, you will bring together Coforge's technology, consulting and engineering capabilities to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven and highly motivated sales professional who thrives on winning new business, operates effectively at C-suite level and has a successful track record of selling IT services and digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
New Logo Acquisition
- Identify, qualify and secure new client relationships across target industries.
- Build and maintain a focused portfolio of high-potential target accounts.
- Develop account-entry strategies that create access to senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Generate new opportunities through personal networks, targeted prospecting, industry engagement, events and collaboration with marketing and partner teams.
- Maintain a consistent focus on net-new revenue and long-term strategic account development.
Opportunity Creation and Sales Leadership
- Own the complete new business sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and contract closure.
- Create demand by identifying business challenges and demonstrating how Coforge can deliver measurable business value.
- Shape and influence strategic opportunities rather than relying solely on formal procurement processes.
- Develop differentiated value propositions aligned to client priorities.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements involving business, technology, procurement and executive leadership teams.
- Execute pursuit strategies that improve competitive positioning and drive successful outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
