New Business Development Manager / Sales Executive (EMEA) — IoT CONNECTIVITY

No warm leads. No inherited pipeline. Just a territory and a target.

Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed global leader in IoT connectivity, supporting more than 17 million connected devices worldwide. As their commercial team scales, we're connecting with experienced new business sales professionals for current and upcoming opportunities.

This is a pure hunting seat. Outbound. New business-focused. Full-cycle ownership.

What you'll actually be doing:

  • Driving new logo acquisition across your assigned EMEA territory
  • Prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone, networking and referrals
  • Building and managing your own outbound pipeline
  • Owning the sales process — prospect through to close
  • Working with enterprise, OEM, industrial or tech customers depending on the opportunity
  • Building relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success

Who we need:

  • Proven B2B new business sales / business development background
  • A genuine track record of outbound prospecting and new logo acquisition
  • Experience running a full sales cycle, start to finish
  • Background in IoT connectivity, telecoms, SaaS or related B2B technology
  • Experience selling IoT connectivity, eSIM, MVNO/MNO, telecom or similar solutions into enterprise or OEM customers is a big plus
  • Strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable working independently and remotely
