Business Development Manager – New Business

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 base level salary plus car allowance and bonus
Location: South UK (M4/M40 Corridor into London)
Reports to: Sales Director

We are recruiting for Europe’s leading provider of fully managed self-serve retail solutions, delivering premium coffee, food, and everyday treats to millions daily. Backed by private equity, operating across 16 countries, and featuring an in-house Roastery and R&D centre in the Netherlands, the business is undergoing an exciting rebrand into a fully service-led, client-focussed organisation.

We are seeking a high-achieving Business Development Manager to hunt for strategic new business in the South. Joining an established, winning sales culture with only 10% market share across industries, you’ll have a massive patch with boundless potential to overachieve.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt for and secure key new business accounts through inbound marketing leads, strategic networking, and self-generated prospecting.
  • Build bespoke, needs-based strategic plans to deliver high-value sales solutions.
  • Translate innovative concepts into clear, visual solutions for prospective clients.
  • Manage financial modeling on complex deals using Excel to calculate margin and profitability.

What You Bring

  • Seasoned B2B Sales Experience: A proven track record in new business sales and nurturing deals through the full sales pipeline.
  • Financial & Commercial Acumen: Comfortable handling large datasets in Excel and discussing deal numbers internally and externally.
  • Presentation & Communication Mastery: Strong ability to pitch complex ideas and facts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented, positive, resilient, collaborative, and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Requirements: Full UK Driving License and permanent Right to Work in the UK.
