About the Role

We're partnering with a fast-growing software and data business that sits right at the intersection of the four forces shaping the modern economy: software, tech, AI, and data. It sells into some of the biggest household-name FMCG brands in the world. Their platform is already relied on daily by major global CPG names, and they're scaling internationally at a real pace, with an ambition to double revenue inside 12 months. To power that, they're building a best-in-class commercial team, and they want an ambitious, hungry closer to own new business from end to end.

Why this one's worth a look

This isn't a cog in the machine sales seat. You'll be given real ownership early and the autonomy to run with it, selling two market-leading products: digital shelf analytics, and a revenue growth management (pricing & promo) suite sold into category management and RGM teams. Because the business spans software, tech, AI, and data, there's always more to learn, so it suits someone genuinely curious who wants to understand how the product creates value, not just pitch it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The culture is a big part of the draw: a supportive, team-before-self environment with a lot of ex-FMCG expertise in the business, so the product knowledge and client empathy around you are excellent. It's dynamic, collaborative, and built to help you do your best work, with genuine investment in your development and fast progression for people who step up.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close.
  • Generate your own pipeline as well as converting leads passed from marketing and strategic partners. You'll be set up to succeed with a strong tech stack (ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Lemlist) and the backing of a Head of Sales and an SDR.
  • Map accounts, qualify internal hierarchies, and engage decision-makers and influencers to initiate deals at the right level.
  • Run a structured sales process (MEDDICC / SPIN / Challenger) with meticulous pipeline hygiene, comfortably managing 10–15 active opportunities at once.
  • Win new logos and expand existing accounts into new international markets alongside the CS team.
