The New Business Development Manager role is a full-time, remote working position. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing customers, and driving revenue growth in line with Storopack’s strategic objectives. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. The New Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor protective packaging solutions, ensure a seamless customer experience, and maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting. The role also involves regular customer visits, participation in industry events, and continuous monitoring of market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of opening and growing new accounts.
- Strong Sales and Sales Presentations skills, including the ability to communicate value propositions and negotiate commercial terms.
- Experience in Account Management, maintaining long-term customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Background in B2B sales, ideally within packaging, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Travel to customer locations, and operate independently with strong self-organization.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools for managing pipelines, reporting, and presentations.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
