Help ambitious brands make print perform - and play a visible role in PSE's next stage of growth.
This is not a narrow sales role. You will work directly with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, influence our go-to-market strategy and help shape how PSE grows in a market where physical marketing is becoming increasingly valuable to brands seeking measurable customer acquisition.
About PSE
At PSE, we help brands make print perform. With over 30 years of expertise, we are an award-winning direct marketing agency that blends data-led insight, creative strategy and world-class print production.
We work with ambitious UK brands to deliver measurable results through Direct Mail, Door Drops, Inserts, Customer Acquisition and Strategic Print Management. Our role is to help clients use offline channels intelligently, proving the value of print alongside digital activity.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-energy, commercially minded New Business Development Manager who wants to build something meaningful.
Your mission is to identify, engage and convert high-potential prospects into long-term PSE partners. You will help raise our profile, open doors with senior marketing and procurement leaders, and position PSE as the go-to partner for direct mail and print marketing solutions. For the right person, this is an opportunity to become a major contributor to the future success of the agency, with genuine progression opportunities as we continue to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
