New Business Development Manager (Independent, Remote)

This is not a traditional employment role. It’s a part-time, remote, self-directed business pathway for people who want autonomy, long-term growth, and a proven framework to operate within. We’re opening a direction for individuals who want to build an independent commercial activity inside a structured international ecosystem focused on leadership education and personal development.

Role Overview

As an Independent New Business Development Manager, you’ll develop your own client base while using Globetrottersoffice’s commercial systems and visibility tools. Your work will include:

  • Identifying and qualifying new opportunities
  • Initiating outreach and meaningful conversations
  • Presenting a clear value proposition through tailored sales dialogues
  • Guiding prospects through the early commercial stages
  • Maintaining relationships with new and existing accounts
  • Applying structured workflows and growth frameworks
  • Tracking your progress against your objectives
  • Collaborating with mentors to refine your positioning
