Join a Growing Technology & Cybersecurity Business

Are you a driven new business hunter with experience selling IT, cloud or cybersecurity solutions? We're partnering with a fast-growing technology services provider seeking an ambitious New Business Executive to drive growth across the Midlands. With a broad portfolio covering Managed IT Services, Microsoft 365, Azure and Cybersecurity, this is an opportunity to join a business investing heavily in expansion and rewarding success with genuine uncapped earning potential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating opportunities, opening doors and winning new clients rather than managing an existing account base.

The Role

You'll be responsible for generating and winning new business opportunities across SME and mid-market organisations, helping businesses improve productivity, strengthen security and reduce risk through modern technology solutions. Working closely with technical specialists and senior leadership, you'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation and close.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
