Role: New Business Developer
Join PIB Insurance’s Specialty division, a continuously evolving division of PIB where specialists tackle complex and niche risks, work closely with market-leading experts, and build long-term client partnerships while progressing their careers.

As a New Business Developer at PIB, you’ll uncover and qualify quality leads, open doors with decision-makers and create the first impression that sets us apart - with clear targets, strong support and real scope to grow your sales career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate quality sales leads through outbound calling (including cold calling and list cleansing), maximising opportunities and meeting agreed quantity and quality targets in line with procedures and regulations.
- Handle inbound commercial sales leads from third parties, supporting the outbound team to convert opportunities.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date and consistent information on databases and within secure, efficient filing systems.
- Produce and manage diaries, record activity and chase clients for outstanding information in a professional and polite manner.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment.
- Top-class customer service and communication skills – someone who loves to go above and beyond.
- Excellent attention to detail, productivity and organisation while working in a fast-paced environment.
