About the Role
As a New Business Director, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and rapidly building sales pipelines. You will also lead the charge in establishing our presence in key international markets, developing critical client relationships and ensuring our commercial objectives are met.

Shifts:
- Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must haves:
- Strong go-to-market experience, ideally launching or scaling new technology, digital or subscription-based products.
- Proven new-logo sales and business development experience.
- A strong track record of building sales pipelines and closing significant commercial deals.
- Senior commercial leadership experience, operating at Director, VP or SVP level, or demonstrating equivalent scope and influence.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision makers.
- Experience developing new markets and driving international commercial growth.
- Comfortable operating in a new, fast-moving environment where the product, team and commercial approach are still evolving
