About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you'll take ownership of new business performance across a strategically important international territory.

This is a highly visible leadership position where your success will be measured not only by your own revenue performance, but by the capability and results you build within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise new business opportunities across Northern Europe, the UK and North America.
- Build and manage your own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and industry engagement.
- Develop relationships with senior marketing, digital, innovation and commercial leaders within major enterprise organisations.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through negotiation and close.
- Take ownership of competitive RFPs and significant standalone enterprise opportunities.
- Present compelling commercial propositions focused on measurable business value and ROI.
- Lead, coach and develop the UK and North America New Business team.
- Establish a high-performance culture centred around accountability, ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Run regular 1:1s, deal reviews, pipeline reviews and coaching sessions.
- Improve qualification, opportunity progression, forecasting and commercial execution across the team.
- Set clear targets and leading indicators, addressing performance issues proactively.
- Identify and develop future commercial leaders.
- Contribute to the development of the company's enterprise sales playbook and best practices.
- Own commercial reporting and forecasting for the territory, providing clear visibility of risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
- Represent the business at relevant industry events, conferences and strategic customer meetings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
