Growth Director – Sales & Marketing
London | Hybrid Working
Salary: £65,000 basic + uncapped commission
An established independent digital media agency is seeking a Growth Director to lead new business acquisition and drive the next phase of agency growth. This is a senior commercial role focused on developing new client relationships, building pipeline, leading pitches, and increasing market presence across the UK agency and brand landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Lead pitches from initial brief through to commercial negotiation and close
- Develop relationships with brands, intermediaries and strategic partners
- Represent the agency at key industry events and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership on positioning, messaging and growth strategy
- Work with internal teams to develop sales collateral and thought leadership initiatives
- Deliver against revenue and growth targets

Requirements
- 5-7 years' experience in new business, sales or growth roles within a digital, media or marketing agency
- Proven track record of winning new business and pitching to senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance media and emerging technologies
- Experience managing CRM platforms and outbound prospecting activity
- Established network across agencies, brands and industry contacts
- Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
