To grow the partnerships within the Student and University Sector with the purpose of making RentGuarantor the leading Professional Guarantor in this space. Building & winning strong partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and build trusting and strong relationships with Student accommodation and Universities.
  • Explore other opportunities in this sector where they occur.
  • Agree strategy and take the lead for growing our footprint in these spaces.
  • Attend industry conferences and work on the exhibitor stands to promote our product(s).
  • Effectively manage pipeline through CRM and have a strong knowledge of internal processes.
  • Be a brand ambassador for the business.
  • Effectively hand over ongoing relationship management to the Partnership team while also maintaining key relationships.

  • Knowledge and experience in Student and University Housing in the UK.
  • Proven track record of winning B2B contracts.
  • Experience and understanding of working with Professional Guarantors.
  • Good at building and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work autonomously but against specific sales targets.
  • Ability to effectively converse with internal & external partners at all levels.
  • You will occasionally need to stay away from home to successfully complete your duties at conferences and visit potential customers.
