CFO Insights is part of United Media which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity and retail. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Your mission will be to drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals attending our international conferences.
- Drive New Business: Proactively reach out to prospective delegates and convert them into paying attendees.
- Own Your Targets: Take responsibility for ambitious monthly revenue goals and work towards exceeding them.
- Execute High-Volume Outreach: Make 60+ calls per day, generating qualified sales opportunities and proposals.
- Manage Your Pipeline: Own prospects from first conversation through follow-up, proposal and close.
- Become an Expert: Build a strong understanding of our conferences, audiences and industries so you can sell with confidence.
- Collaborate: Work with marketing, content and conference teams to continuously improve our campaigns.

What We Expect From You
- B2B Sales Experience: At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally involving outbound prospecting, new business or a high-volume sales environment.
- Drive & Ambition: You are highly motivated, competitive and want to perform at a high level.
- Commercial Mindset: You are energized by targets, revenue and the opportunity to directly influence your earnings.
- Resilience: You are comfortable with outbound activity and have the persistence to keep going when you hear "no".
- Strong Communication Skills: You are confident speaking with new people and can build rapport quickly.
- Ownership: You take responsibility for your targets, pipeline and follow-ups.
- Growth Mindset: You actively seek feedback and continuously look for ways to improve.
Practical Information
- Start Date: As soon as possible.
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday.
- Location: WeWork office in Victoria, London.
- Remote Work: Due to the collaborative nature of our work, we do not offer remote work.
- Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK.
