Role Description
This is a remote, revenue-share-only role focused on new business generation for retained technology and GCC (Global Capability Center) projects. The role involves identifying potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and building relationships with decision-makers across target markets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, conducting outreach via digital channels and calls, preparing pitch materials, and coordinating discovery meetings to understand client needs. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to shape value propositions, support proposal development, and follow up on leads to convert them into retained engagements. Performance will be measured by pipeline growth, closed deals, and contribution to long-term client partnerships, with earnings linked directly to generated revenue.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess markets, evaluate client needs, and interpret business and financial data.
- Business and Business Planning skills to design go-to-market approaches, develop growth strategies, and structure retained and revenue-share models.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage prospects, deliver clear value propositions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, nurture long-term relationships, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Experience in B2B technology consulting, digital transformation, or GCC/captive center setup and advisory is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record in business development, lead generation, or sales roles, ideally in a remote, performance-based or revenue-share environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage a prospecting pipeline, and use CRM or sales enablement tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in similar roles.
