Role Description
The New Business Generator is a full-time remote role focused on identifying, developing, and securing new clients and property opportunities for SECOMBE LIMITED. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Researching prospective markets
- Managing lead generation
- Engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms
- Nurturing leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building

The role involves:


Get help with your application

- Preparing and presenting proposals
- Collaborating with internal teams to align service offerings
- Maintaining accurate records of contacts, leads, and conversions in CRM tools
Additionally, the New Business Generator will:
- Analyze market trends
- Contribute to business planning initiatives
- Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience
This position requires:
- Proactive outreach
- Disciplined remote working habits
- A strong focus on measurable growth
Qualifications
- Strong Business and Business Planning capabilities, with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to growth strategies.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for client outreach and internal collaboration.
- Solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries professionally, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess lead quality, and track performance metrics for new business initiatives.
- Experience in real estate, property management, sales, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong self-organization, time management, and digital literacy (CRM, online communication tools).
- Ability to work inclusively with diverse clients and partners, demonstrating professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, marketing, or property-related disciplines is an advantage.
