Role Description

The New Business Hunter is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly with organizations that depend on high-performance cloud, managed services, and complex IT environments. The New Business Hunter will:

  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with Creative ITC’s services
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data
  • Contribute to revenue growth targets
  • Attend industry events
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Represent Creative ITC’s values and service culture in all external engagements

Qualifications

  • Proven new business sales experience in cloud, managed services, or complex IT solutions, with the ability to prospect, qualify, and close opportunities.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling, solution presentation, and negotiation, with a focus on understanding client needs in design, engineering, or business-critical environments.
  • Ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline, use CRM tools effectively, and deliver accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage at C-level and across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, virtual desktops, infrastructure modernisation, and IT security concepts, or a strong willingness to learn these domains.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with resilience, accountability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience selling into architecture, engineering, infrastructure, energy, or technology sectors is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in technology sales.
