About Natural Green Creative Spaces

Natural Green Creative Spaces stands apart by combining one of the UK’s largest in-house plant nursery, on-site workshop, and a dedicated team of designers, carpenters, fabricators and horticultural experts—all under one roof at our central UK location in Warwickshire. Supported by a network of growers across Europe, the team can control every stage of a project—from concept and design to construction, installation, and the final finishing touches.

We offer comprehensive design and build solutions for events, exhibitions and experiences, whether permanent, semi-permanent or temporary.

This includes immersive landscape and floral installations, planting, living & faux walls, hospitality facilities, structures, bars, seating and commercial interiors and exteriors, enabling us to create memorable, high-impact spaces that bring our clients’ visions to life.

Our expertise has earned the trust of prestigious brands such as Aston Martin, Royal Ascot, Renault Trucks, Goodwood, Farnborough International Airshow and Royal International Air Tattoo among many others. Blending creativity, horticultural knowledge, and top-tier craftsmanship, we transform environments into unforgettable experiences throughout the UK and Europe, always ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and innovation.

We work with venues, organisers, agencies, brands and contractors to create spaces that look exceptional, work operationally and support the wider commercial objectives of our clients.

We are now looking for an experienced and highly motivated New Business Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth.

The Role

The New Business Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new commercial opportunities across events, exhibitions, venues, hospitality, sport and experiential environments, along with an open mind to wider commercial opportunities.

This is a proactive, new-business-focused role. The successful candidate will be expected to open doors, build relationships with new contacts and turn opportunities into profitable, long-term client relationships.

As part of the leadership team, the New Business Manager will play an important role in shaping NGCS’s commercial direction, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring that new business activity supports the company’s wider ambitions.

This role will suit a proven business development professional who enjoys generating opportunities, developing relationships and taking ownership of the full sales process. It requires a genuine team player who understands that strong sales outcomes depend on close collaboration with creative, operational and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong, qualified new business pipeline.
  • Identify and prioritise target sectors, organisations, venues, events, agencies and decision-makers.
  • Proactively generate leads and secure meetings with prospective clients.
  • Open doors and develop relationships with new contacts across target markets.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and ensure opportunities are followed up promptly and professionally.
  • Understand prospective clients’ objectives, challenges and commercial priorities.
  • Work with design, project management and operations teams to develop creative, practical and commercially viable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and pitches.
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through to negotiation and signed contract.
  • Support tenders, preferred-supplier applications, procurement submissions and framework opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with venues, event organisers, production agencies, brands, contractors and other commercial partners.
  • Represent NGCS at exhibitions, networking events, site visits and industry meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, client activity and forecasts using the company’s CRM and reporting systems.
  • Provide regular pipeline, forecast and performance updates to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth following the successful conversion of new clients.
  • Support wider commercial planning and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
  • Ensure opportunities are pursued with a clear understanding of pricing, margin, operational capacity, lead times and delivery requirements.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure commitments made during the sales process can be delivered successfully.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
