New Business Manager | Leo Burnett | Permanent | London

About Us

As Leo Burnett himself once said: "At the end of the day, we’re just people talking to people."

We make populist creative work that connects on a human level - work that makes people smile, laugh, cry, and everything in between. But just as importantly, we believe in being decent human beings. We pride ourselves on an informal, friendly style where everyone is invited, and putting people first is at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, sharp, and energetic New Business Manager to join our Growth team. Reporting directly into the Head of Growth and working closely with Executive Leadership, you will be a central driver in attracting, engaging, and winning new clients while building fame for our agency brand.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch Management & Win Execution

  • Own end-to-end pitch management processes from kick-off to post-pitch strategy, keeping the new business machine running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead high-quality RFI/RFP submissions and manage procurement portals.
  • Coordinate pitch choreography, presentations, and credentials materials.
  • Support and motivate pitch teams through fast-paced, high-pressure environments so pitching remains exciting and rewarding.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
