Major Players are partnering with one of the fastest-growing TikTok influencer marketing agencies in the UK, to hire an experienced New Business/Partnerships Manager, to work with some of the biggest brands globally, helping them build high performing influencer campaigns that actually drive results.
If you're ambitious, naturally curious, highly organised, obsessed with getting things done, and excited by building something great, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business: Own the full sales cycle from building relationships and pitching strategic influencer marketing solutions, to consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Account Growth: Partner with Account Managers after a deal is closed to continue growing your accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new campaign opportunities.
- Strategic Sales: Take the time to understand each client's business, challenges, and objectives. Build proposals that solve real problems rather than simply selling campaigns.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with brands by becoming a trusted advisor instead of just another salesperson.
- Industry Expertise: Stay on top of TikTok, influencer marketing, and emerging platform trends. You'll be expected to bring ideas to clients before they ask for them.
- AI adoption: Expect AI to be part of your daily workflow. Whether it's prospecting, research, proposal writing, meeting preparation, follow-ups, or improving your productivity, you should already be comfortable using AI and modern tools to work faster and better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
