Hello! We’re DemandMore, a friendly fast growth performance marketing agency based in leafy Islington, London.

Our goal is audacious, but achievable: to become the UK’s number 1 performance marketing agency in the next 10 years.

Off of the back of a series of recent client wins, we are looking for a New Business Manager to join our growing team.

We're a friendly bunch who are serious about performance, with the founding duo having run their own companies previously and/or worked at some of the UK’s top performance marketing agencies.

We provide a fun working environment, one where everybody's opinions are heard and influence the direction of the company.

We expect you to work hard and, in return, we can offer you opportunities to learn and develop. We're a small business, and you can be involved on every level. We want to grow fast, and promote from within whenever possible. This means you will have great opportunities to progress your career in terms of responsibilities and your pay packet!

We challenge each other and give constant formal and informal feedback, to make sure we are always growing from a personal and professional standpoint.

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven New Business Manager to own the full sales cycle for the agency, from generating and qualifying pipeline through to pitching, negotiating, and closing new client relationships.

This is an end-to-end revenue role. You'll build and run your own outbound engine (strategic outreach, events, referrals, and marketing-led campaigns), develop relationships with senior stakeholders at target accounts, and carry opportunities through qualification, pitch, and commercial negotiation to signed close.

You'll work closely with marketing, leadership, and delivery teams to make sure what you sell sets the agency up to deliver, and you'll have real authority over pricing and deal terms within agreed parameters, not just a supporting role in getting deals over the line.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Own always-on and strategic outreach activity, generating and nurturing pipeline across target accounts and key verticals
  • Drive proactive new business through a mix of channels, outbound prospecting, events, webinars, referrals, and marketing-led campaigns
  • Work with leadership and Marketing to align on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), refine outreach messaging, and identify priority sectors and accounts
  • Use market insight, data, and thought leadership content to drive engagement and build the agency's reputation with prospects
  • Trial and implement new tactics to cut through in a crowded agency market, don't rely solely on the obvious playbook

Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, prioritising high-value prospects
  • Maintain accurate, detailed CRM records and provide clear pipeline visibility to support forecasting and commercial decisions
  • Manage opportunities through each pipeline stage, from first contact to signed contract, no handoff to a separate closing team

Pitch & Proposal Ownership

  • Lead pitch processes end-to-end: brief interpretation, coordination, proposal development, and final presentation
  • Develop tailored credentials, proposals, and case studies that clearly communicate the agency's capabilities and point of view
  • Identify and lead smaller, project-based activations independently where a full pitch process isn't needed

Closing & Commercial Negotiation

  • Own pricing, costing, and contract negotiation conversations with prospects, within agreed commercial parameters
  • Take personal accountability for converting qualified opportunities into signed clients, this is a closing role, not a lead-handoff role
  • Brief delivery and leadership teams clearly at handover so new clients are set up for a strong start

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including comfort leading C-suite-level conversations
  • Represent the agency at industry events and through networking to build long-term pipeline and reputation
